PHILLIPPA JACOBS - designer / director

Phillippa opened the doors to Pinnacle Design, now Mega Advertising, in 1997. She received her degree with first class honours in the USA. On her return to NZ she worked for a couple of design agencies, giving her the ambition & experience to start out on her own. She is a very proud Cantabrian which is reflected with the huge passion she has for her business and her staff. Success is what makes her tick, with motivation given by the happiness of her clients. With one life to live, she works hard and plays hard, to be the best! Phillippa is so passionate about letting the Mega clients know their potential for their businesses, and watching them grow. This shows in Mega Advertising's success.??

Phillippa is also a member of Kiwi Biz Chicks (formally Business Chicks), and also the chairperson 2009/2010. Kiwi Biz Chicks helps other business women in business by keeping each other motivated and excited about being in business and helping each other reach their goals, and learn new skills. www.businesschicks.co.nz

Phillippa joined ZONTA Christchurch (service organisation) in 2006, and loves working together globally to raise the status of women through service and advocacy. 2010 she is the President of the Christchurch/Canterbury Club. www.zonta.org.nz

In 2009 Phillippa joined The Industries Board at the Design and Arts College of New Zealand. This is where other businesses in the industry of design and media, work with the college to help them 'keep up to date' in what they are teaching their students. Phillippa is a proud member to be helping the future designers of New Zealand. Mega Advertising are also very keen to help the Design and Arts College with having students on work experience through the year. www.dac.ac.nz
